International Septic & Environmental Solutions at 775 McDonald Road, Covington, Georgia.

My tank was pumped and the filter cleaned 6 weeks ago by this company and we are not satisfied. After 1 shower, 1 load of laundry, dishwasher run 1 time there is a puddle on top of the tank that smells terrible. The owner, Joel has refused to come check on it & says that it is "normal" and give it til the end of the summer. It is not normal, it has been pumped twice & this has not happened. The house is only 12 years old and my husband and I are the only ones in the house and we are senior citizens. I do not recommend this company. There is NO service after the sale & they don't care about customer satisfaction.
