We used David to help us close escrow when we purchased a house in Covington. In theory, one of the things he was paid to do was verify the deed and property lines...a task which he completely failed to do! - Almost a month after closing on the house we have found ourselves involved in a property dispute and ONLY THEN did we discover that our property lines ARE NOT what where we were told they were when we close... 20 days AFTER closing David gives us the Corrective Deed and asks us to re-initial all of the closing documents since he "...has now informed us..." of the true property line.

I'm at a loss for words...but whatever you do, DO NOT count on David!
