just left.... had a video of some kind of plug that goes into the housing unit for the oil filter. waited for the guy to get off the phone as he was guiding someone through their engine parts a what their problem might be. no problem... he gets off the phone, and proceeds to tell me that he's not gone look at da' video. I'm not a mechanic, I don't know what to tell you. seems to me that he just got done trying to identify something over the phone to someone else. I've spent a lot of money at this place for years. I've never seen this guy with the long dreds before. I get the feeling that if I had a darker complexion he would have at least tried... all long as he is working there I'll just drive an extra mile to orileys.
